Chuck Randolph is a respected industry security expert with over 17 years of experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Security Manager with multiple defense contract companies including DynCorp, Harris Corporation, Peraton and Superlative Technologies. 

Mr. Randolph has a passion for promoting security awareness, improving inspection readiness, posturing superior enhancements and acquiring customer approvals for physical security areas.

With his specialized and focused skill to establish customer rapport while surpassing government contract requirements while competing for defense contracts, Chuck’s experience includes initiating and maintaining compliance with Personnel, Administrative Security, and International and Industrial Security directives via NISPOM/32CFR Part-117, ISL, SEADs, NISS, NBIS, DISS, ISFD, EFCL, SIMS, E-QIP, OPSEC, and COMSEC. He manages the implementation of security education and training, self-inspection readiness, and initial FCL approvals and indoctrinations/debriefings.

Chuck has supported programs for various government agencies which include the FBI, MDA, NGA, ODNI, WHS, OSD, NRO, VA, DHS, DHA, TSA, DISA, OUSD and NSA.

He is a retired honorable 20-year Naval Veteran who specialized in Undersea Warfare/Acoustic Intelligence, Law Enforcement and Military Recruiting. He holds Security Organization Memberships with the Northern Virginia Chapter of NCMS.

A traveling disc jockey in his spare time, Chuck has a passion for multiple genres of music. He feels that “music is the universal voice for those who are afraid to speak.”
