With over 30 years of experience, Monica brings valuable industry subject matter expertise in addition to her strong background in strategic planning, corporate leadership, and building strong relationships with business partners. Over the course of Monica’s 23-year career with the SBA, she has held many positions including SBA Servicing Loan Officer, Marketing Specialist, and Business Opportunity Specialist (BOS) within the SBA's 8(a) program.

Monica holds an Undergraduate Degree in Business from Coppin University, a Master’s in Legal & Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore, and an MBA and Master’s in Marketing from the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC).
