Pamela is a reputable industry security expert with over 20 years of experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Security Manager with defense contract companies including Northrop Grumman, ATK and ACI. Pamela has a passion for promoting security awareness, improving inspection-readiness posturing superior enhancements and acquiring customer approvals for physical security areas. Pamela has specialized and focused her skill to satisfy government contract requirements competing for defense contracts. Her experience includes initiating and maintaining compliance with NISPOM, ISL, SEADs, comprehensive JPAS support, security education and training, self-inspection readiness, and initial FCL approvals and indoctrinations/debriefings.

Pamela has a Bachelor of Arts from Waynesburg University. Her continuing professional education includes practical SCIF Construction, Operations Security and Awareness Training, multiple NCMS webinars, NISPAC panel, CDSE continuing education and FSO Program Management.

Pamela holds Security Organization Memberships with the Palmetto Chapter of NCMS, Charleston Region of Industry Security Professionals (CRISP), Wright Brothers Chapter of NCMS-Charter Member and the Industrial Security Awareness Council (ISAC).  She is the recipient of multiple Cogswell Awards and the NCMS Society Award.
